WHAT TO EXPECT

Listed below are the steps that our aquascapers take in the initial consultation:

STEP #1

Step #1 of the initial consultation is to evaluate the land where the customer is wanting the pond. we can help you decide where the pond should go. There are a few factors that will dictate where and if the pond will be ideal or safe in certain landscapes. this will be discussed with the client based off our expertise. Combining our knowledge and the customers preference as much as possible to get the best desired outcome. we often also look inside the house to pick the best viewing windows that will also allow you to get to enjoy your new pond/ or water feature from the inside as well if so desired. we will mark the pond area with flags to give a solid visual of the best position of the pond. Also discussing landscaping options and artistic touches

STEP #2

Step #2 we survey the land, and take photos, using software and get arial photos from the drone if needed to get a better lay of the land that will aid in our digital rendering of the pond when we move to the design phase of the pond project.

STEP #3

Step #3 we will work with you in real time and give you a sketch of pond possibilities. a more detailed rendering will be sent to the customer after the details are finalized by the contractor and the customer! all final specs will be listed in the final paperwork before breaking ground, any changes that need to be made can be made then, or during the initial consultation.

STEP #4

Step #4 is billing and pricing of the project. this is where we take all the details and come together and discuss what the customer is wanting and budget provided. we have numerus package deals ranging from $500-$20,000 + we will go over the best package that fits the client’s needs and budget! and try to give you the most bang for your buck! There are factors or obstacles that may come up that may need more funding as the project moves forward. Such as if the ground cannot be moved by shovel a small or large backhoe may need to be brought in to accomplish the job. on smaller jobs shovel is our go to but if we hit a lot of underground stones that prevent us from digging then the backhoe is our best option.
